Cybernetic if you want to stack trade. You can have both the biological and robot trade boosting. Also pop assembly if you have ringworlds. Genetic is only useful if you want your main pop on planets by removing the void dweller trait. Psionic still has all around bonus to have as well as all the leader stuff I guess.
